If your order arrives and isn't quite what you expected, we will happily exchange or refund your product for something else within 7 days of your items being received. The items must arrive in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping and shipping of new product is to be covered by the purchaser.

We meticulously make your jewellery by hand and carefully package them ourselves. If an item arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and we will replace it free of charge.
