Ordering and pricing

Prices on this website are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We may change prices from time to time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price for your order. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

Please check your delivery and contact details before placing an order. If you notice a mistake afterwards, email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, particularly if your order has not yet been dispatched.

We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. If you would like more information about a piece before ordering, please get in touch.

If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or you think an item is faulty or different from its description, please email us at hello@daysofaugust.com so we can help.

Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, depending on the circumstances. Nothing on this website limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
