Import duties will be charged upon checkout.
No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
Please note that we are currently not shipping to the European Union due to the PPWR for Non-EU Sellers & Online Marketplaces in force since August 12, 2026. We hope that this will only be temporary.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Change of mind
If your jewellery arrives and isn’t quite what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange an exchange. The piece must be unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.
You’re responsible for postage when sending the piece back to us. For your first exchange, we’ll cover standard postage to send the new piece to you within Australia. Please contact us about postage costs for international exchanges.
We’re unable to offer change-of-mind exchanges on items purchased from our sale section.
Damaged or faulty jewellery
Great care goes into every piece. If something isn’t right, please contact us before sending it back so we can help with the next steps.
If your jewellery is faulty or doesn’t meet the consumer guarantees, we’ll provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll reimburse reasonable return postage, so please keep your postage receipt. Your consumer guarantee rights also apply to sale items.
