CARE

Keep your piece in a safe space, away from anything sharp that might scratch it.

If it gets dirty, wipe with a lint free damp cloth. Your piece will never oxidise or change colour, no matter what comes in contact with it.

No need or any special polishing cloths or compounds.

Change of mind
If your jewellery arrives and isn’t quite what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange an exchange. The piece must be unworn and returned in its original condition.

You’re responsible for postage when sending the piece back to us. For your first exchange, we’ll cover standard postage to send the new piece to you within Australia. Please contact us about postage costs for international exchanges.

We’re unable to offer change-of-mind exchanges on items purchased from our sale section.

Damaged or faulty jewellery
Great care goes into every piece. If something isn’t right, please contact us before sending it back so we can help with the next steps.

If your jewellery is faulty or doesn’t meet the consumer guarantees, we’ll provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll reimburse reasonable return postage, so please keep your postage receipt. Your consumer guarantee rights also apply to sale items.

We want you to keep wearing your Days of August jewellery for years to come. If a piece needs attention, we’ll repair it free of charge, no matter how long ago you bought it. If it’s beyond repair, we’ll replace it.

Please contact us before sending anything back. For a repair under this lifetime promise, you cover postage to us and we cover postage back to you.

This promise is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the piece is faulty, we’ll provide the remedy required by law and reimburse reasonable return postage where applicable.
